So it's been over a month since I posted, and even though I've been extremely busy nothing has really happened. Does that make any sense?

I'm still loving my job. My actual title is 'administrative assistant' but I basically just do whatever my boss needs me to do whenever he needs it. Like this Friday, I took his son to the Homecoming parade (which was a lot of fun), and last Friday, his daughter came home early, so I literally got paid to play with dolls and watch the Disney Channel. It's almost like having two separate jobs, the stuff I do in the office and then the time I spend with the kids. I like it because every day is different, and I never know exactly what to expect.

I'm 4 episodes away from being completely caught up on Doctor Who. Then I can start reading fanfic without having to worry about spoilers. Not that I actually have time to read fanfic, but it's a nice dream, so let's just go with it.

I'm not watching much TV anymore, but I rather enjoyed the season premiere of House. I didn't realize how much I missed it. Haven't really found any new shows I'm excited about yet. Suggestions, flist?

Err. I'm told Bionic Woman and Moonlight are sucktastic. It's sad about the former, but I suspected about the latter, it being Angel 2.0 and all. I'm watching Chuck, which is Alias on humour!crack and Dirty Sexy Money, because *Peter Krause* and also, it looks awesome.

You're missing the last 3 eps of S3 of Doctor Who? Did you miss them on SciFi? Because you MUST see them. And S2 finale was awesome, as well. I can... probably help out. If not, S3 comes out in US on November 6th.

I can't wait to be caught up. I should have had the disc Saturday, but I got the S1 bonus disc instead. *grumbles* Oh! I completely forgot earlier, but that fic you recced was brilliant! House/DW are such a perfect match! The dialogue and characterizations were amazing. :) Thanks!

As I just told zoicite, House is ... a lot like Tenth Doctor, actually: genius, rude, not ginger, snarky and species-ist. I'll bet House cuts himself shaving and rants for half-hour about species he's cleverer than. :) He's lame (limpy, not the other) but he can't help it.

I'm really enjoying working with the kids. :) The boy is 7, and the little girl is 4 (I'm actually watching her for 3 days next week instead of going into the office). I can't remember if I posted or not, probably not. Anyway, this summer I was helping a friend paint a mural for a children's thing at her church. I met the minister, but didn't really think about it again until a couple of months later when he called me out of the blue. He pretty much offered me the job on the spot, I didn't even really have an interview. That was in August. He's pretty cool, his wife is a sweetheart, and the kids are great. Plus, I get to wear t-shirts and jeans to work. It's perfect. :P Yay for chance and randomness! *snuggles you*

Can't wait to see the rest of the pics, especially Florence. I learned so much about it from Dr. Pervy's Ren/Ref class that I almost feel as though I've been there. ;) I wish I had been there, too!
