Is it possible to go 24 hours without turning on a computer? Yes. Is it pleasant? No. The things we do for midterms. *sigh* I think everything that's due before Spring Break is due by March 16th, though, so at least I have a little bit of a break coming up.

Speaking of banned books (not that I think this was ever banned), I've been reading excerpts from Ausonius' works (mainly The Deflowering of the Bride) which are causing much debate in class, but I find highly amusing.;) For anyone who's not familiar with a cento, it's "a form of poem composed of fragments, mainly half lines, drawn from other poems, brought together to make a new composition" (Virgil's Aeneid, mainly, in this case). To say it's off-color doesn't quite do it justice. *eg*
